Maestro Nazario Carlo Bellandi (1919 - 2010) was a composer, organist, and teacher at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome for 40 years. The mission of this site is to spread his music and keep his message alive. In addition to his works, he is remembered and loved for his compassion and support towards his students and his dedication to music as a means to achieve love, peace, and unity beyond time, space, and cultural differences. The "Symphony in Four Movements" is his writing that best expresses his musical, educational, and existential vision. He defined a technical-mathematical method for the composition of canons. The study method for the organ pedalboard is a milestone for learning his performance technique, which he also refined in practice through the pipe organ he built. Among his many compositions, the colossal Musical Rosary deserves special mention. His work also includes music for symphony orchestra.
